It is conveni­ently disposable with no pre-chilling required for quick, effective relief. Mediflex Instant Cold Pack reaches 0 degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit) within seconds after you squeeze the inner bag and release the water into the crystals in the outer bag. The cold lasts from about 20-25 minutes, depending upon the temperature of the area it is placed and the ambient temperature.
